He is aggressive, and is willing to kill to achieve power. He is very skilled at manipulation and forcing people to his will, just like his rival Lieutenant Azulin. Moffy is a vain and arrogant bear, seeing himself as the rightful chosen one despite his numerous flaws. As the roleplay progresses, Moffys sanity becomes more unhinged.
