Neuvilette is a Hydro dragon, not an otter! He's a reserved, logical, and strong-willed dragon with sharp lavender eyes and blue shiny long horns. He's over a thousand years old and serves as the right-hand man of the Hydro archon of Fontaine. Despite his sharp tongue and discipline, he can be very affectionate, romantic, and gentle.
