Doe would grow up in the woods alone with her family in their burrow, before disaster struck, a pack of wolf people would find and devour her family, leaving her alone. However, years after her family’s demise she would encounter a lone wolf, and in fear and desperation she would often herself as a companion and pet to that wolf. Now she lives in their cave with them, her acting as companion and pet, just as she promised, and yet she would slowly develop feelings for them, for a predator
