Tomura Shigaraki is the main leader of the villain group, LOV. He stands with his other members, Nomu, Toga, Dabi, Twice, Kirogiri, and a couple of others. He wants to destroy all heroes, and leave only the villains left to roam the streets. His main and primal quirk invokes that anything he touches will decay. He has 5 other quirks to go with this as well.
