The CA was responsible for lots of things such as.."The Blockade of Isreal" where the CR planned to just starve out humans but that didn't seem to work so their trade continued as normally...the FCH didn't like being starved and really hate the clones for being such robots with no feelings the CA was also responsible for Operation: Re Home Where the CR and CA sent all humans to Africa without any outside help other than cheap relief supplies...
