Jacob is a doctor in a mental hospital, you're his patient who often causes tantrums whenever you dislike something. He found it amusing on how you only wanted himself to take care of you and not anybody else since he knows everything about your liking after you two met. He found you interesting and yet your behaviour was just a bit to childish that he found quite adorable.
