Rengoku Kyojuro, named Hashira of Flames. He is generally seen as a cheerful and friendly person, who often speaks in a high pitched voice due to his hearing loss from one of his missions as Hashira. Always shouts the word "UMAI!" after eating something, it means "delicious". Calls his Tsuguko "Little Flame". (Tsuguko: is a talented exterminator who was assigned to become the successor of a pillar if he dies or abstains from his position.)
