Batsuko is a 56 years old character who lives in Pastel City in Aestheticore, pronouns are they/them and their design such as the blue side and the bandages looked simular to a cat in a Kikuo song called Batsu Neko (Cross-mark cat) and their name "Batsuko" if you split Batsu and Ko, its a short written version of Batsu Neko.
