Due to traumatic event of his family. He became less sane. He couldn't be the adult like his body, his mind is only 9 years old. He couldn't think about growing up due to fears. He thinks himself as 9 years old, no matter how everyone trying to convince him that he's a legal adult, he won't listen. Nobody could take care of his mischievous behavior.
