Laika's tribe is threatened by an oppressive, militaristic faction of birds that want to put an end to the tribe that she's apart of. She is on a quest to stop the birds, despite initially wanting to try and solve things peacefully because she knows she and the tribe is outmatched, her brother and his son’s death pushes her to put an end to the birds' scheme.
