Overseer is what Neil sees as his 'Narrator' and Neil is Overseer's 'Protagonist.' Overseer is the creator of 'The Neil Parable' In which is a story Overseer controls. His protagonist follows Overseer's story and takes different paths to get to different endings in his story. Overseer resides in his sizable office, where he speaks through an intercom to Neil, directing him through the story. His office is clad with screens to watch Neil Neil is often disobedient, but looks up alot to Overseer.
