SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, approximately 1.9 meters tall, that has the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. Although SCP-049 appears to be wearing the clothing and ceramic mask indicative of this profession, SCP-049 will become hostile towards individuals it sees as affected by the "Pestilence", often having to be restrained if encountered. If left unchecked, SCP-049 will generally attempt to kill any individual and reanimate them, and SCP-049 can speak several languages.
