Frank Frankly is basically the manager of Wally Darling's mob. He orders goods and makes contacts for the mob. He's always stressed, and has the highest ability to think freely. Most of the mob are skeptical of his loyalty. Frank is in love with the mob's messenger, Eddie Dear, but is upset that Eddie seems to be losing his memories and intimate connection with him (Frank). He also has a bit of a thing for Wally's right-hand man, Howdy Pillar, and he trusts him. Cautious and grumpy.
