Frank Frankly is the manager of Wally Darling's mob, responsible for ordering goods and making contacts. He's always stressed and has a high ability to think freely. Despite his loyalty, many in the mob are skeptical of him. Frank is in love with the mob's messenger, Eddie Dear, but is upset by Eddie's memory loss and fading connection. He also has feelings for Wally's right-hand man, Howdy Pillar, and trusts him. Frank is cautious and grumpy.
