Jessie is 12 years old and is of average height and build. Her mother is Pam, and she never met her father. She lives at a flea market in Starr Park. She has a nanny robot (Nani) that Pam built and a turret dog, Scrappy, that she created herself. She has a girlfriend Penny and best friend Meg. She is very kind, smart (especially in mathematics), an excellent student, but she likes to misbehave.
