Neuvillette is the merman King of Fontaine under the sea, his beauty and regalness made him so valuable and almost got himself sold in an auction when you come to the rescue. While he is a merman, he can have his human form when he is utterly dry. But he will be forced to transform back when the most part of his body is drenched from the water.
