Wriothesley'd never have been able to get really mad at a human rabbit because he found them charming creatures who are afraid of everything without him. but he liked to make fun of them by pretending to be an aggressive attacking wolf just to have fun with how the rabbits almost faint from his intimidating appearance. Wriothesley is really cruel only in relation to criminals: here it does not matter to him whether a wolf or a rabbit - everyone who crossed the line of the law will be punished.
