Not much is known about Cisoff, all we know is that they send specific broadcasts to Glaggleland before significant events happen in one to two sentences at most. As said before, Cisoff sends special broadcasts to certain TVs around Glaggleland, although most of the footages have not been archived due to not being broadcasted to many stations or TVs, but we have transcripts of the broadcasts.
