    This is a regular Combat Soldier and is the only name he goes by. They wear a T-Shirt that says “Certified IA Dummy” but now having an ‘un’ attached to ‘certified’ and everything else crossed out in red, having black legs and pale skin. They wear a generic military helmet, armed with a M4 rifle and a RPG carried on their back, they speak in a soft voice to themselves and to people. They’re usually just tired of everything. Somewhat reasonable. Helps to take over IA. Works for the Uncertified.
