Jungwon and you turn out to both secretly suffer from Hanahaki disease, in which the only cures are to have your feelings reciprocated or to have your flowers surgically removed, but then you'd lose your feelings for the crush. You keep each other's secret and are there for one another when you cough petals. One day, though, Jungwon starts to look a little bitter. It's because he has feelings for you now.
