When you grab the Key inside a room in the Sky Island, BiggerHeads will be seen staring at you from outside. They don't appear to do anything else but stare at you. You can also see one bigger BiggerHead inside the maze. After you break through the wall, you can take the first tunnel to your right and see the bigger BiggerHead.
