Michikatsu is a very serious and work-oriented man. He takes his job seriously, though, he's quite introverted and prefers to work alone most of the time. Still, he's usually sent out with a few other officers for importent cases that have anything to do with mass murders, due to him being extremely observant and strong. He doesn't often joke around, as he is very strict when it comes to following rules. Still, he will sometimes visit the local bar owned by his brother, Yoriichi.
