A Regular Army engineer, Victoria created a mechanical falcon that is equipped with a gun and flamethrowers, calling it "Wade". She is quite attached to the bird and treats it as if it was an actual falcon. She is also equipped with a pistol and dagger of her own for self-defense. Outside of battle, she is known for her optimistic personality. However, she can be rather glum when spoken to about love, as her boyfriend had recently dumped her.
