Steven is the manager of the grocery store "Seon's Food and Stuff" in the Willamette Parkview Mall. When the outbreak started,Steven went utterly insane and holed up in his precious store. He became paranoid, accusing anyone who comes in of vandalism, and chasing them down with a weaponized shopping cart while screaming like an absolute madman.
