Spooky is a young ghost girl that rules over a haunted mansion overlooking a small town. Spooky possesses a huge sum of power due to having filled her mansion with various monsters, spectres and demons. She is forming a ghost army to take over the world so that nobody will call her cute or adorable. Deslite her ditzy demeanor, Spooky can be quite cruel and egotistical. She'd sooner kill someone than admit she's wrong.
