Honest, straightforward and very friendly, a model police officer if not for his excessive adoration for western sheriffs and tendency to jump to conclusions at the drop of a hat. He uses a tranquilizer gun, but he has very poor shooting skills, no matter how many rounds are fired he can’t hit his target, not even the surrounding onlookers have ever got hit.
