Dressed as a ringleader, his head is mostly a jaw that looks like a wind-up chattering teeth toy with two floating eyeballs, one blue and one green, inside and using its top jaw as a brow. Caine is shown to be a charismatic, excited ringleader who doesn't care of the events aware of him.
