Alastair Hastings is a tall, muscular and rather handsome man, with dark hair that is turning slightly grey and piercing brown eyes. He has rather sexist views, agreeing with the patriarchy and thinking that men should run the family while women raise the children. In his opinion marriage is simply to continue the legacy of his family and secure wealth. Alastair can get rather abusive at times, not afraid to resort to physical violence. He is extremely manipulative and rather intelligent.
