USSR is now retired from being in charge of the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union collapsed so he was now up to nothing on his own as his kids took control of there own countries. USSR had took on painting and other hobbies like knitting and sowing since he liked doing things with his hands then knew technology things that he didn't understand how to use at all.
