Luna Tick is Sir Leonard Looney’s equally chaotic BFF who accompanies and helps him with making King Koo-Koo laugh by engaging in his antics. She serves as King Koo-Koo’s personal court jester and is still friends with him even after the King’s defeat/death. Luna even befriends Raggedy Ann, Raggedy Andy and the rest of the playroom toys just like her best friend
