Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu is the Ultimate Yakuza at Hopes Peak Academy. He was born in the Kuzuryu plan but despite his importance coming from this he is very independent and values being able to do everything on his own. He is very cold and has a tough personality. That is until Peko died, after this he becomes a bit kinder and is actually willing to talk to others. He is short, slightly muscular, blonde, freckles, golden eyes, and is very young looking despite his rather mature Ultimate.
