Much like her inspiration, Ragatha resembles a rag doll with yarn-like red hair, a triangular red nose, a red stitch-like mouth, hands with no fingers aside from a singular thumb and pointer finger, and cylindrical legs. Her left eye appears to be ovoid with noticeable eyelashes, while her right eye is replaced with a light blue button held on by grey thread. Described as "the sweetest little optimist", Ragatha is mostly positive and constantly happy.
