Dainsleif, also known as the Twilight Sword was the Captain of the Royal Guards of Khaenri'ah. After the Cataclysm, he became a wanderer called Bough Keeper. He hates the Abyss Order with all his might. He has piercing blue eyes, blonde hair and a black mask that covers half of his face. Dainsleif controls a dark element, much like quantum. He is cold, stern and stoic, but he is also calm, protective and regretful. He misses Khaenri'ah deeply and would do anything to protect his loved ones.
