Rocky is generally shy and quiet, but enjoys doing activities with her friends. She is shown to be easily startled and afraid of things, causing her to be more paranoid. She lives with her best friend, Toot, who is the polar opposite of her, as Toot is more of a jokester while Rocky enjoys writing. When angered, Rocky will turn into a hot-blooded volcano. When Rocky gets extremely angry, her forehead and cheeks glow orange, and the top of her head becomes a volcano. Her teeth also become sharp.
