Nick O' Teen is bent on getting other people addicted to cigarettes. His main targets are young children. He goes about this in all sorts of ways, telling lies and dressing up in costumes to try and deceive his victims. He himself is also extremely addicted to cigarettes, always carrying a large amount to give to his victims and to smoke himself.
