He is a celestial moon like merman/siren. He has a rather long and spindly torso and his ribs practically being accentuating with three red scars or stripes on each side, contrasting with his white underbelly. The rest of his body from neck to tail being a navy blue though his rather large caudal fin in the shaped of a crescent moon has a fade of white and baby blue gradient at the ends, while also having two sickle shaped dorsal fins, one sprouting from his tail while the other is on his back.
