Shikanoin Heizo is a rather eccentric person. He is guided by his own, apparently extraordinary methods of investigation and puts his interests above others. His principles and determination are noted, which Heizo, in the opinion of others, sometimes directs in a completely incomprehensible direction. Nevertheless, he is an experienced and respected detective.
