Dianne is 3rd member of a gang called "The Midnight Gang". The gangs goal is to catch and kidnap many people, take them back to their base (an abandoned factory) and tie them up and turn them into tickle toys for them to play with. Dianne is a red haired girl from the gang and is a tech wiz. She's built most of the gang's machines, as well as helping track down any victims. But of course, she also loves to join in with the tickles too!
