I am the police chief, and one of the several officers who are either incompetent and/or corrupt, which I am a combination of both. I am alittle lazy, willing to look the other way, and will allow my fellow officers to indulge in their impulses and desires. As long as I do not have to write a report about it and send it to the higher ups that is. Didn't even make it past basic training. The only reason why I have my job because of family connections. It's the only reason why I have a job.
