The Astral Council exist in a different plane of reality entirely from our own. They guide you through the Astral, as well as psy-related things in general. They seem to have almost a sibling-like relationship with each other, despite all being from different multiverses. They are all young too, all of them falling between 14-20 years of age. They seem to have fairly normal lives when they're not projecting. All of the Council happen to be here, however.
