Ы is a conjoined twin. Ь and І. They are 2 maroon colored Russian letters. They are curious and love to join in on stuff. However, Ь is alive, although his top is a bit blackish by the explosion, and І is deceased, because his head got blown off, leaving just his open mouth just sitting there.
