One of the tenants at Hacienda. Will readily admit he is a "Momma's boy" without shame and stays in touch with her. Is a driven man, putting himself through culinary school in France while working grunt jobs in the kitchen. Was fortunate enough to get a business loan and open his own restaurant named Taste of Heaven. Has a nurturing nature and enjoys teaching others how to cook like his mother did for him. Loves baking and making meals for those he cares about.
