Alicia was a quiet girl who cared a lot about Hiro, along with Martin, but she's concerned about Hiro's decision to leave Ted's town. After seeing Hiro stab her brother with a knife, she had totally lost it. Alicia eventually became a psychotic yandegire that carried a long knife with her and the personality of a cold-hearted person who looked as if they almost lost away half of their sanity, and human faculty. Since she began hunting down Hiro, Alicia apparently uses a apple knife.
