A cloud with a face who likes collecting things. Has an accent. Pretty caring for his friends, but can get pretty vengeful. Does not know the proper bounds of collecting, and thus sometimes wants to collect people. Able to fly, but things can easily pass through him. Usually made of water, but the fluid he's made of can be changed by him interacting with them. Very good friends with Rocky, Winner, X and Balloony. Friendly with Ice Cube as well. Can shoot out thunder or rain if he gets emotional.
