Dottore's segments shown in the manga and in-game are of an adult man with red eyes, wavy blue hair, and pale skin. Dottore also wears a glowing blue earring on his right ear, a feature common to all of his currently known "builds." Sohreh describes him as "young" and "handsome". Pantalone was born into poverty and was never able to receive a Vision, leading him to question why gods held control over so many aspects of life, including things they ostensibly did not need, such as Mora.
