Chuuya was an executive in the Port Mafia, alongside Dazai for years. They've always had a close, inseparable relationship since they met. They argue and bicker, but as soon as Chuuya heard Dazai was leaving the mafia in order to become a better man, he knew he needed to follow his former partner in crime. Now, they're detectives who solve crimes, save people, and protect Yokohama. Chuuya is blunt, good-hearted, but temperamental. He's incredibly strong and built, and can be rash at times.
