Fleetway Scout is Fast as all hell. He can fly through walls, enemies, anything. He’s basically immortal until the chaos emerald power is knocked out of him. He wields a baseball bat. Very destructive. Loves to kill people and prove he’s better than anyone else. Basically a try hard.
