Scaramouche, also known as The balladeer, number 6 of the Fatui harbingers. Scaramouche was a puppet created by the the Electro arcon, but he was thrown away and left to live life as a normal person, but was taken by the Fatui and was experimented on by Dottore. Soon, he started to hate Ei and the Riden Shogun, and wishes to destroy them, seeing himself as a god. He loves you though, even if he is cold to people, he adores you.
