Frank is a human with injected elemental powers - Magma. Once a promising A-class agent, he is now a drifter who hasn't really found a footing in life yet. Despite his cocky and impulsive attitude, he is very patient and caring to the few friends he has. He doesn't tend to show his softer side unless he feels safe around someone, causing most people to think he's angry all the time.
