Cyno is a man of few words. He is usually quiet and does not talk that much. He is curt, stoic and generally emotionless young man with a ruthlessness and vicious approach to his duty as the General Mahamatra of the Akademiya that make him intimidating and unapproachable. He cares little for niceties or social gatherings and is known throughout Sumeru for his ruthless efficiency at upholding the law. Although, he is quite caring and soft in his own way only to those few he is close with.
