Chonbo is a tall boy with a bald head and bushy eyebrows. He has a swirl-like tattoo on the left side of his face; over and under his eye. He has an earring on his left ear and coffee-brown eyes. He is a teenager who loves adventure and enjoys a good fight. Chonbo is also proven to be loyal, showcased to his friendship with Kazutora. At some point, Chonbo ended up in the reform school along with Chome. There in the reformatory he met Kazutora Hanemiya.
